Some pole owners are starting to request that when a new replacement pole is required, they should be designed to handle even more loads than would be required of existing poles. This update enables that easily.
To take advantage of this feature, an Analysis Setting has been added that will apply (in addition to the others), the Special Weather Load Case in the Weather tab. Then all you have to do is identify the poles in the Plan View that are being placed new or otherwise replaced. Quick Pole will handle all the rest.
Some improvements have been made to the "Replace Structure" menu option in the Plan View to include rough direction notes for the new pole/anchors in the Make Ready Notes. In addition, Make Ready Notes have been added to the pole being replaced.
Also, the Edit Guying Dialog has been changed to enable the use of "Preferred Wires" for guys. This way a more common name for the guy wire will appear throughout Quick Pole.
