This update focuses mainly on improving the behavior of Quick Pole when doing Cut/Copy/Paste operations.
These should work more consistently in the various areas of Quick Pole. Plus, a defect was found that could reverse attachment heights when multiple poles are copied then pasted.
A minor feature is included for the Sag Profiles. An additional condition of LOS (Line of Sight) Sag has been added. This may be helpful in elevated spans with wind and little vertical sag
