This updates makes a change to search for "General Wires" when looking to edit guy wires; instead of "Preferred Wire". This better matches the needs of users as guy wires do not have standard stringing tensions, which is the main reason to use a Preferred Wire.
A couple other small bug fixes are included in this update, which is why we are mainly calling this a Maintenance Release.
