Several people identified that they were having trouble starting Quick Pole for the first time after they installed it. After some investigation we discovered that our server was not responding correctly. Our IT department believes this problem is now solved and that it was caused by a corrupted database. We have taken steps to help prevent this in the future. To those people impacted, please accept our apology and try re-starting Quick Pole one more time; or re-install from our website if you need.
