In this version there are two small features added:
1) Zoom in/out on the Work Plan View now works with the Mouse Wheel and retains the view centered on where the mouse is currently pointing. As a reminder, pressing the mouse wheel down itself enables the PAN feature for dragging the view.
2) The Pole Sequence Loader feature enables a pole line to be built by specifying span lengths and angles indicating the amount of direction change at pole line corners. Now you can also specify the change in pole line angle in terms of "Inside Angle", typically seen on CAD drawings and "PULL" which is a measure used by many communication utilities. This should make this feature easier to use for many people.
