The Sags and Tensions Calculator has been recently updated to better handle elevation differences between pole attachment heights and to enable "super slack" conditions to be modeled. Previously there was a lower limit placed on tensions that we thought was reasonable. This prevented some very slack triplexes from being modeled by some customers.
