QP 7.04.39 Maintenance Release

An issue was identified that is specific to version 7.04.38 and the use of FRP poles. Associated with the multiple modules that these poles can have, there was a small rounding error in the determination of which module existed at a specific height above ground. This has been corrected in this update.
