Quick Pole can run on any 64 bit version of Windows that has at least 2GB of RAM, although 8GB is recommended. For projects with over 200 poles/structures, a CPU with at least 4 cores is suggested to minimize project analysis time. Quick Pole takes full advantage off all CPU cores present. Quick Pole can also run on Mac/Apple or Linux computers with a special installer. Please contact us for details.

The minimum monitor size recommended is 17 inches, however Quick Pole is best operated on a 22 inch or larger monitor to minimize scrolling activity and maximize viewing ability. Most users will find it very beneficial to have two or more monitors due to the flexibility of Quick Pole's windows.

Quick Pole will need to access the Internet from time to time to check for program updates and to validate licenses; plus to provide news about recent updates or changes. This is described in the License Agreement and Quick Pole may cease to operate if this requirement is not met.

The latest Setup program for Quick Pole will always be found in the Downloads section of our website. It is always recommended to keep your version of Quick Pole up to date. In special circumstances, you can install a different version of Quick Pole on your machine in a different location. Both should function normally, but only one at a time.
