This update fixes a couple of issues reported.
1) User created Organizations for Clearances purposes were not being stored in Project files. This impacted the ability for others to open the same file when they didn't have the same Clearance stored locally.
2) Lowest Supply Max Sag value was missing in at least one CSV export.
