QP 7.05.11 Feature Release

This update includes two new features, plus one bug fix.
Features:
1. The Multi-Span Editor has been enhanced to make it possible to force the bundle diameter of "groups" of attachments to a specific value. The alternative to this would be to edit each span and desired attachment individually. For those that need to override the calculated bundle diameter in Quick Pole in a broad way, this should be a significant time saver.
2. The ability to identify the line grade/slope of the highest wire in a span and calculate the percentage change at a structure has been added. This is particularly useful to prevent excessive uplift or downward change at a structure. For instance it is quite common to limit these values to 5% on standard attachment hardware. Beyond these limits, special attachment hardware or configurations are normally required.
Bug fix:
It was discovered that if the Plan View window was dragged to another monitor, some of the right-click menu options failed to work. This has been corrected.
