This update implements the following changes:

1. Designers are now able to select an Analysis Mode that better reflects what is required. For instance, you can now choose to NOT perform a Structural Analysis in the Design. This permits more of an "Attachment Request" style mode where others are taking the responsibility for the safety of the structure itself. On pole, mid-span and clearance analysis are still performed.
2. Designers can now choose a Mode that focusses all non-structural results on that for one Communication Attachment organization, as depicted in attachment "Tag" values. This is useful where the attachment of interest is doing work and the compliance of other attachers is borne by others.
3. In the Structure Editor Window, you can now disable/suppress other communication attachments to see what the impact would be to the structure. All loads from these suppressed attachments are removed from the structural analysis. This is useful for both "What if" analysis, but also for properly proportioning how much utilization each attachment may be using of the structure's capacity. We feel that ANY structure sharing assessment must be based on something like this. As a reminder that these attachments have been suppressed, their usage forces a warning message to ensure they are removed/reset prior to final Design packaging.
4. To assist Designers in determining exactly where and by how much the lowest power wire is to the highest communications attachment mid-span, appropriate messages have been added for all communication attachments.
