Quick Pole now provides better support for multiple versions of the same project.
Once you create a new project and finalize it to a point that is significant, you can then Clone this project as a different Version. This feature duplicates everything in the project into a new project that you can change as you wish. The original project will not be affected in any way. All cloned projects are grouped together visually in the Project Explorer for better organization.
One very common use for this feature would be to create the original project to capture all details of the existing poles and attachments. We call this project the "Reference" Version. The first Clone of this project could be to support added wires or cables for assessment purposes. You may even want to Clone a project to experiment with different means of guying and anchoring of the pole line. You can name the Version of each of these cloned projects for better identification, plus they will always be grouped together with the original Reference project.
