Help for Quick Pole greatly expanded

Online Help via the Help-> Contents menu option has been greatly expanded. This should provide you with much more detail about how to do certain things and what Quick Pole is looking for.
For those that might have missed the event, Quick Pole now has completes a full Nonlinear Analysis on every pole in a project.
