QP 7.04.20 New Productivity Features

This update offers a few features to make Design Teams more effective:
1. To assist in managing contracts for Design Services, the Properties for a Design layer now include the length of all pole to pole spans in the Design. This extra metric along with the others (# poles, etc..) should help in managing services offered. If you could use more, just let us know as they would be easier for us to calculate than others.
2. In the Tables for Edit shown in the Multi-Span Profile/Editor, details are now shown for the cables attached to messengers, their bundle size and the ability to click on the Bundle Size cell and get a table of full cable/messenger details; similar to those shown in the Span Editors summary tables.
3. In a few places, Quick Pole will now remember the last tab opened so that it will decrease the amount of tab clicking required in some scenarios. Specifically the tabs in the Multi-Span Profile/Editor, the Span Editor and the two main tabs in the Design Editor windows.
