QP 7.03.10 Update - Cut Feature between Designs/Files

In this update we added the ability to "Cut" structures from the Plan View or the Explorer View at the Street Level and the whole Design level.
This completes the Cut/Copy/Paste ability we were striving for to enable flexible rearrangement of projects by moving, copying, pasting structures between Designs and even Designs in different Project Files. For instance, you can now cut/copy/paste an entire Street/Lead of structures from one Design into another, a random selection of structures or all structures in the Design. Changes like are required as part of normal Project Management for some customers.
