QP Update 7.02.03 - Final Sag Bug Fix

This update is to fix a software bug that was discovered earlier today with Final Sags. The bug didn't impact strength calculations, but did impact ground and mid-span clearances. Only version 7.02.01 and 7.02.02 were impacted.
It is recommended that all users update their version of Quick Pole.
