QP 6.74.63 New Compressed Pole Summary Report

In this update a new report has been created to meet the needs for Pole Attachment Permits in one specific region.
The report is a little similar to the regular Pole Summary report, but mainly containing data from the Structure Editor window tables, plus a bit more. It is hoped that others may find it valuable as well.
