This is a small update that provides the new feature of enabling the copy/past of Clearance Points and Mid Span Points from one span to another.

There is a bug fix as well for the "Merge Locations" feature when two structures are selected in the Plan View. The desired final span between structures was not always being respected, nor Clearance Points always being pasted to the new span.
