QP Update 6.74.48 - Picture downloads and Make Ready option

In this update a speed improvement has been added to shorten the time for pictures to be downloaded over the Internet to feed into reports. This is commonly important for large projects with multiple photos per pole using the IKE and similar devices.
In addition, a optional filter has been implemented in the Make Ready Manager (the window that can detect any data changes between two different designs), for the exclusion of tension settings.
