Additional Help Support - version 6.74.47

In this version, the previously web-based Help Topics for Quick Pole has been augmented with better "Context-sensitive" help support. This means that if you press the "F1" key anywhere in the program, or press an available "Help" button in a Dialog, you should be brought directly to the proper area of the Help material. This was previously in place before we moved to web-based help, so now this feature has been fully implemented.
