More Improvements to Sag & Tensions Reports

At the Structure/Pole level, you can now select from either a "Summary" Report or from a much more "Detailed" Report on Sags and Tensions of all Power and Communication cables and wires. It is now easy to compare the results of the Sags & Tensions calculator with these Reports. If you have any ideas for reports that you would find valuable, please send us a note.
