Knowledge Topics webpages update + 6.74.28

We just finished updating our website in the Knowledge Topics area to improve the content and to make it more user-friendly to navigate. Most importantly is the ability to retain or share links to specific areas within the topics, as there are many pages.
In version 6.74.28 we provided additional information on the Structure Segments Report for customers designing projects where the NESC code is required. Specifically we now provide the Strength Factors used and for poles longer than 55 feet, whether an additional strength reduction factor was used; recommended by ANSI.
