QP 6.74.15 Update - Weather Load Cases and Structural Analysis

In this update an additional weather load case has been added called "special". You have full control over wind speed, ice thickness, ice type (glaze, rime, etc) temperature. This will help some customers address their unique requirements.
As part of this update, the Structural Analysis process has been enhanced to provide summary messages about the worst interim result of each required load case. The current detailed Structural Analysis reports will continue to focus upon the worst result found for the structure. The worst load results for guys and anchors will continue to be reflected in their analysis messages, as before. They are often different for the structure and between themselves.
