QP 6.74.14 Update - Plan View Improvements

This update contains a few small changes that should help users in the Plan View when zoomed in and trying to select poles or spans.
The span lengths now change color on mouse hover, the same as the span itself. This helps you select the exact span that you want.
For poles, the “hit” area for a mouse (which is the area that can be selected and/or activate the hover color change) over poles has shrunk. This should allow you better select poles that are really close together; like 3 meters for instance. Plus the pole icon itself will become smaller as you zoom in, up to a minimum size.
