QP Update 6.74.06 - User Interface Improvements

In this update a focus was made to address user productivity and data entry quality issues we have heard about from a couple of our users.
1) When moving from one span to another, the left-right orientation in the Span Profile panel will now attempt to stay consistent with the previous span that was being viewed. For most spans it will work flawlessly, but please always check before editing attachment heights, clearance points, etc..
2) To assist users entering Measured Heights at Clearance Points, The viewing option for Communication Wires in the Span Profile will change to "Time of Installation", on the assumption that installation tensions may be changed to get the profile of the wires to pass through the measured point. In addition, if the location of the Clearance Point is adjusted, Quick Pole will automatically adjust the point's elevation to match an assumed straight ground line between the structures.
