QP 6.73.107 Update - Attachment Audit Report

This release fixes an issue with the Predicted Height values in the report; estimated from actual field measurements and the difference between maximum sag and average day conditions.
Some internal work has progressed for the Structure 3D Analysis Window, but little change will be immediately noticeable to most users. Work is progressing to replace the Side View and Top View Panels with 3D counterparts.
