QP 6.73.106 Update - Span Profile Summary Tables

In this update the data in the Summary Tables, as part of the Span Editor, have been reformatted to include the units of measure. This is similar to many other areas of Quick Pole. For example, distance and heights will include "m" for meters or "ft" for feet, depending on the units chosen for the project.
