QP 6.73.89 - Additional Span Profile adjustments

In this update, some minor adjustments have been made to the Span Profile. Notably, dashed lines now appear properly in the scaled DXF Export file.
Also, some adjustments were made to improve the pasting of span attachments with different heights on the end structures, to other spans.
