QP Update 6.73.80 Misc updates

In this update the Span Profile and Multi-Span Profile feature has been improved with additional options for:
1) Assumed Groundline profile.
2) Pole Elevations
3) Clearance Measurements spelled out versus just in the ToolTip (mouse over) messages.
