Based on customer feedback, we have rearranged a few of the questions and added one more.
1. Guy Issues that were reported at the pole were combined into one question for the handheld device, with a select list to choose from. The data collector user would be expected to choose the most important defect from the list. This reduces the list of questions on the handheld.
2. The Pole Damage Notes and Pole Safety Notes fields now only appear if the "Pole Details" checkbox is selected. There is still a general "Pole Notes" field that can still be used if Pole Details are not being collected.
3. An additional option can be selected in the IKE Form Generator to enable counting the number other Communication Attachments above and below the attachment of interest. This question would only be useful for users performing audits.
