More IKe Form Generation Improvements

Plus a couple of minor adjustments.
In the IKE Form Generator within the Data Manager Window, you can now individually select if certain whole sections are included in the form:
1) Anchor Details
2) Equipment Details
3) Mid-Span Captures
4) Whether a Span Photo is taken. You may be using Clearance Point Photos instead (as an example)
An additional height measurement has been added to the Clearance Points sub-form to measure a Power wire above a Communication wire.
Many IKE Form Fields were shortened so that they may fit better in the Handheld device's display.
Quick Pole now saves the "owners" for the various categories of lists (cables, wires, anchors, hardware, etc)
