QP Update 6.73.32- Feature Tuning + Small Bug Fix

An issue was discovered with the manual editing of an Anchor's Northing and Easting value in the Coordinates Editor. The value entered was being adjusted by a few meters. This didn't happen in the case of a pole being edited.
The feature that was tuned is the Sorting of Poles both in the Plan View's Analysis Tree and the order of Structure reports printed.
The sort order for these lists is defined under Tools->Options where you can select either the Survey Number or the Pole Number. That hasn't changed.
The sort order is set by extracting a numeric value from the text of the survey or pole number. To accommodate various customers, this number can have various special characters in it ("." or "/"), which defines when Quick Pole would stop looking in the text for a number. In this update we now also accept the "-" character. Examples that all produce a sort index number of 17 would be 17A, 17-1, P17.1.1.
It is possible to tightly control the sort order of the reports and the Analysis Tree by using these special characters in the survey or pole number for the structure.
