QP Update 6.73.30 - Wire Import Feature Enhanced

In this update, the ability to import wires from manufacturers in ".wir" file format has been expanded.
Previously this feature only allowed you to import wires in the DataManager when the manufacturer provided the information in US/Standard/Imperial units. This feature now works properly when the files are provided in metric units. We recently found some manufacturers moving to the metric system and wanted to support users with these new files.
