Software License Agreement and Annual Software Maintenance

The Software License Agreement for Single User Software Use has been updated to better reflect our current business environment. It outlines the agreement between us and you for use of the software, including various requirements, restrictions and limitations. Most content is fairly common among license agreements of other Pole Loading Analysis Software, but we encourage you to take a look at it. It can be viewed within the License Manager Dialog through the menu choice Help->License Manager.

One item we made clearer in the License Agreement is that we require all current users (except those renting Quick Pole software) to subscribe to support and software maintenance on an annual basis. Most customers would have seen invoices for $300/user license last December. Again in this coming December we will be doing the same thing for 2019 support. We hope you find this to be a small price to pay for the ongoing support we provide and the features we continue to develop based on customer requests.
