QP Update 7.04.29 - Deletion of MR Notes feature

In this update, the Clean/Purge button in the Plan View has been extended to allow you to also delete the Make Ready Notes or the Design Notes at every structure location in the Design. Some users find this beneficial in their Pole Attachment Permit process.

While we don't have good AutoCad Pole Profiles yet, we just added a CSV export that can be used to verify any Pole Profiles that you create.

We also have added additional error-checking for power and communication wires with improper tension settings.
